Terms & Conditions for FREE Flight Voucher
This benefit is valid for newly activated FAB Primary Travel Credit Card customers (on Mastercard Scheme), for cards issued and activated 5th March 2025 onwards.
Flight vouchers will be issued 45 days post card activation.

This benefit/offer is exclusively available to customers applying for the FAB Travel Credit Card (Mastercard).
Primary cardholders will be eligible for the offers only once the card has been activated and will be a “Qualifying Cardholder” if they fulfil the eligibility requirements of the offer.
Welcome Benefit/Offer:
Primary cardholders (with activated cards) will receive a unique voucher code for a free economy class return flight ticket within 45 days post card activation.
Annual Flight Ticket Benefit/Offer:
Primary cardholders will receive a unique voucher code for a free economy class return flight ticket, from the second calendar year onwards, provided the customer has spent more than AED 300,000 in the previous calendar year.
The Welcome Benefit/Offer and the Annual Flight Ticket Benefit/Offer shall each constitute an “Offer” for the purpose of these terms and conditions.
Redemption Process:
Step 1
Qualifying Cardholders will receive an SMS containing a voucher code and a link to the campaign website. The cardholder must log in with the voucher code, within 30 days of the SMS, and complete the online application form (the “Step 1 Application Form”), including the preferred departure airport, 3 preferred destinations from a pre-defined list (stated below) and 3 preferred travel dates.
The Qualifying Cardholder must utilize the voucher code within 30 days of receiving the SMS, otherwise the voucher code will expire. A new voucher will not be issued.
The three preferred travel dates submitted by the Qualifying Cardholder must be:
1. in different months and 30 days apart;
2. at least 45 calendar days from the date of submitting the online application; and
3. departing from (and returning to) either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, to one of the pre-defined travel destinations listed below:
The minimum time between outbound and return flights is three (3) calendar days and the maximum is thirty (30) calendar days.
The Qualifying Cardholders' Step 1 Application Form will then be validated. Qualifying Cardholders will receive a confirmation email upon successful validation of the Step 1 Application Form, which will contain a personalized hyperlink that the Qualifying Cardholders must follow to continue step 2 of the application process (the “Step 2 Application Form”). The cardholder will receive this email within seven (7) days after receipt of Step 1 Application Form.
Step 2
In the Step 2 Application Form, the Qualifying Cardholder must upload:
1. the passport information of all passengers who will be traveling (where flight tickets are booked for accompanying passengers at their own expense); and
2. their PDF voucher, originally provided via SMS to the Qualifying Cardholders.
Mastercard’s service provider will offer a flight (from the 3 chosen destinations and 3 chosen dates) to the Qualifying Cardholders via email, within fourteen (14) days after successful receipt of the Step 2 Application Form.
Qualifying Cardholders must follow the instructions in the above email, including to confirm acceptance of the flight offer via the hyperlink in that email. The Qualifying Cardholder must accept the flight offer within 48 hours of the offer email, otherwise the flight offer will expire, and the flight cannot be booked (the voucher will become completely invalid). Availability of the flight is not guaranteed until the flight offer is accepted, and any other taxes and charges are paid for. Mastercard’s service provider will then provide the e-ticket for the flights via email.
It is the cardholder’s responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform Mastercard’s service provider within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt should the ticket details be incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable.
Important Notes:
The available destinations depend on the airport of departure and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures. The availability of flights may be limited depending on the chosen destination or travel time. The choice of carrier is at the sole discretion of Mastercard’s service provider. The Qualifying Cardholder is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route or travel date.
All flights are subject to booking availability. This Offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Chinese New Year, on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
Each free return flight awarded to a Qualifying Cardholder is limited to a single use. Only one free return flight can be redeemed per person, booking and flight. Flight vouchers cannot be used for group bookings. Free flights obtained through this Offer cannot be used in combination with each other.
This Offer does not entitle the Qualifying Cardholder to travel via a particular route, carrier or on a particular date and the Qualifying Cardholder may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the ones requested.
All travel (departure and return) must be completed within 11 months from the date of the issuance of the PDF voucher . The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days.
Neither FAB nor Mastercard’s service provider accepts liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations, and reserve the right to change routes and destinations.
In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar acts of god, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of Mastercard’s service provider and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Mastercard’s service provider reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.
The right of the Qualifying Cardholder and any person travelling with the Qualifying Cardholder to claim compensation is subject to the airline/carrier regulatory provisions. Neither Mastercard’s service provider nor FAB are liable for compensation related to failures by the airline/carrier.
No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the Offer.
Code and confirmations received during the Qualifying Cardholder’s application process are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made for or by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the qualifying cardholder.
Each free flight voucher is limited to a single use.
Personal data captured during the course of the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes.
FAB and Mastercard’s service provider shall not accept any responsibility for claims lost and delayed or for those claims not received by the application cut-off date, which is 30 days after the voucher has been issued. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed. FAB and Mastercard’s service provider will not be liable for any traffic congestion or internet inaccessibility.
Spend from any supplementary cardholders will be combined with spend on the linked primary card to calculate eligibility for the Offer.
All eligible cardholders upon meeting the criteria set out above will be credited with the reward as per the Offer. FAB reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to amend, supplement and/or withdraw, extend this Offer at any time with prior notification to FAB’s customer and without any responsibility whatsoever on FAB or any of its employees and entities.
Disputed and reversed transactions will be calculated as reversals and deducted from the total spend.
Cardholders whose account(s) are blocked, closed, terminated, delinquent or not active for to any reason whatsoever will not be eligible for this Offer.
FAB reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude any credit card account/credit card from the Offer without any reason to the customer or responsibility on FAB or any of its employee and entities, including, without limitation, credit card accounts/credit cards which it deems, in its absolute discretion, to be doubtful, delinquent or not managed in a satisfactory manner.
It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to ensure that details such as Cardholder’s name and mobile number provided to FAB are correct for any communication purposes.
FAB’s decision on all matters relating to campaign or any dispute shall be final and binding on all eligible Cardholder’s and no correspondence in relation therewith shall be entertained.

FAB does not offer or provide any warranties or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of this campaign and hereby disclaims all express or implied warranties in respect of the same.
FAB shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct this campaign as a result of any force majeure event. A force majeure event in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of FAB including, amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, pandemic, acts and regulations of any governmental authority in any jurisdiction. In such circumstances, FAB’s obligations to the Cardholder shall automatically stand discharged without the need to provide notice.
These Offer terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
